Miami narcotics police chased and fired on a black Cadillac CTS that had been stolen at gunpoint. During a high-speed pursuit the Cadillac crossed an intersection and slammed into a Dodge Neon, killing the driver Leon and critically injuring his 19-year-old female passenger. (Leon's last name was also reported as "Williams.")
