Andre Green was driving a car that had been reported stolen in a carjacking earlier in the day. Police said Green rammed a police car and then continued driving in the direction of officers, who shot at him. According to police, Green then got out of the car holding a handgun and collapsed and died. Police alleged vehicular assault.
