Suicide
Police were called to the San Miguel Apartments around 12:45 a.m. for a burglary in progress and discovered a person was trying to break into his ex-girlfriend's apartment. As police approached the man, he turned toward an officer with his hands in his pockets, pulled out a gun and fired twice at the officer who shot him. Visual was lost for a short while after that. Andre Christian was soon found dead. The medical examiner ruled the cause of death as a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
