Biography
Amjad Waleed al-Fayed was a 17-year-old Palestinian teenager from the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank. He was part of a family affected by repeated violence, being the nephew of Amjad and Mohammad al-Fayed, who were killed during the Israeli offensive in Jenin in April 2002.
On May 22, 2022, during an Israeli army incursion into the Jenin refugee camp, Amjad was shot and killed. The invasion involved several army jeeps and sparked protests from local residents.
