Deadly force

Deputies were called to a home at about 9:30 p.m. by a 911 call in which Allon Jones threatened to kill himself. Jones allegedly was in the home and had three potential hostages. Two people left the home, but the third was unable to leave because of medical reasons. Jones allegedly walked out of the home with a handgun and pointed it in the direction of officers who shot and killed him.
