Deadly force
If caught, sex offender Piano faced arrest for probation violations. Evidently he'd come to the airport parking garage with a shotgun to kill himself. An airport officer interrupted him and shot him, more or less simultaneously with Piano leaping from the structure. The coroner said the fall killed him.
