Police responded around 2 a.m. to a 911 call about an armed, suspicious man smoking crack. Two officers, with probable cause to arrest Robb on a charge of grand theft auto, reportedly unsuccessfully deployed less lethal weapons before a third officer shot and killed Allan Lorenzo Robb.
