How they died

Shot by Islamic Republic suppression forces during national uprising. Had two bullet wounds on his face - one in the eye area and another in the chin area. Also had wounds on his body that resembled machete strikes according to his relatives, and the injuries were crudely stitched. Body was identified at Kahrizak forensic medicine after 13 days of searching by family through hospitals, police stations and security centers. Brother identified the body through tattoos. Family was prohibited from holding any public mourning ceremonies.
