Around 3:30 a.m., officers reportedly spotted a stolen car. When officers attempted to stop the car, the driver, Alexander Castillo, 17, made an erratic lane change then crashed off the exit ramp and hit a tree. Castillo was killed and three passengers -- two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old -- were injured.
