Officers responded to a disturbance call. When police arrived, they saw Zoucha attempting to force entry into a home. Neighbors told news media that they heard yelling; some said Zoucha was shouting about Jesus or God. Police said Zoucha was non-compliant and fought. Police tasered him, and he died at the scene.
