Deadly force
Two Casa Grande officers made a traffic stop. While they were taking a man into custody for an outstanding warrant, they heard a gunshot nearby. One officer stayed with the man who had the warrant, while the other went to the parking lot, got out of his other and was confronted by Jackson, who raised his weapon and pointed it at the officer, who shot and killed him.
