First-team catcher of Iran's national baseball team, youth baseball coach in Mashhad who taught without payment. On 18 Dey (January 8) he smoked his first cigarette ever to counteract tear gas effects while having been hit in the head by a pellet. Despite this injury, he returned on Friday to join the national revolution protests again. Was killed by handgun fire in the Emamat area. Body was returned after 3 days and many commitments. Authorities did not allow a funeral ceremony to be held.
