Deadly force
A deputy was dispatched to a home after the resident reported a broken window and a person attempting to enter. Outside, a car window had also been broken. Upon arrival, the officer encountered Adam Cunningham walking in the driveway, holding a baseball bat. The deputy reportedly ordered him to drop the bat, and Cunningham allegedly began to advance toward the deputy, who shot and killed Cunningham.
