There, the rookie encounters Adam Lee Cooper, who recently lost his job at the mine, operating a massive rock hauler truck. Cooper maneuvers the other toward the Highway Patrol cruiser, prompting Stapledon to shoot and kill him. Unanimously ruled justifiable.
