Local police stopped a stolen taxi in the evening, driven by Adam Donohue. After a violent struggle and an attempt to Taser him, he was shot to death when he allegedly charged the officers with his fists. With no criminal record, subsequent reports suggested Donohue was under the influence of hallucinogens.
