Deadly force
Patrol officers attempted to pull over a other for running a stop sign. The other fled but soon crashed. The driver fled on the foot and was captured. Passenger Aaron McDaniels opened his passenger door and pointed a handgun at an approaching officer. The officer shot and killed McDaniels.
