While on duty, deputy Timothy Wuebben caused an accident that killed Gerald E. Tucker. According to prosecutors, Wuebben was sleep deprived at the time of the crash. Wuebben was indicted in January 2003 on one count of reckless homicide and two counts of aggravated reckless driving related to the crash.
