Deadly force

Bosian immigrant Rados dialed 911 in the early morning hours but hung up. He'd recently lost his job. Then again in the afternoon he dialed 911 and hung up. When police arrived Rados charged them with a knife and was fatally shot. Reporting pointed out that the state medical examiner ruled his death a suicide, with cause of death three gunshots to the chest. Furthermore the officer would be exonerated for the shooting but could theoretically be charged with felony 2nd degree manslaughter for assisting a suicide.
