Deadly force
Escaped from police custody 3 years earlier after being arrested for raping a 15-year old girl. Held his girlfriend hostage for 4 hours. She escaped and called police. He fired on police while running away. Then they shot him. (It happened at the Edgewood Apartments in West Seattle, but I didn't record an address because there seemed to be more than one with that name.)
