Shape, of Gaston South Carolina, is said to have stolen his brother's red Harley Davidson to kill his estranged wife with a .38 pistol. He'd had a history of violent domestic abuse. Confronted by a deputy two blocks away from his wife's house at 1 a.m., he was shot to death.
