An unidentified 17-year-old boy admitted he drove 100 mph to elude police, who began pursuing him in Dover after he and his friends were spotted trying to break into a car. He lost control of the 1994 Mitsubishi 3000 GT while trying to round a traffic circle, and the car struck a utility pole and flipped. His friend, 21-year-old Antwan Corbett of Newark, was killed.
