Deadly force
Police got a call that the subject may have stolen his mother's car and was on his way to the west side of the city to buy drugs. When officer's tried to arrest him for stealing his mother's car, the subject began fighting. During a struggle for an officer's gun it was discharged three times, killing the subject.
