Thomas England, 23, was arrested after a police pursuit that ended when England rolled his pickup truck, killing passenger Oscar Flynn. Assistant District Attorney Faye Teague said that England would be charged with first-degree manslaughter, eluding an officer and causing a personal injury accident while operating a motor other while intoxicated.
