Deadly force
Police were called following reports that Buss, 46, and his neighbor had fired guns during an argument. After state troopers arrived and began conducting interviews, another confrontation erupted, and Buss pointed what police thought was a loaded shotgun at them. Two troopers fired at Buss, and one bullet struck him in the chest, killing him, while another hit his gun.
