Anthony Quinn Gill attracted the attention of officers when his car sped through a residential area going as fast as 50 mph with the stereo blaring, police said. As officers pursued the fleeing Buick, it sped into the intersection at N. 18th St. and W. North Ave. without stopping for a stop sign and slammed into a trailer being pulled by a truck before overturning. Gregory A. Gill, Anthony's twin, was ejected through the front passenger window and killed.
