At Rest

Deadly force
Marbly was homeless, living in his other, and plainly mad, a fact known to officers called out to reports of a man standing in the street pointing at cars. Confronted Marbly returned to his car and refused to get out. Officers smashed out the windows while Marbly talked about Jesus Christ, tractor beams and phasers. When Marbly produced what the police thought was a gun, he was fatally shot.
This record exists so that Marshall Marbly, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
