Drywall worker Webber, described as both "a big teddy bear" and a member of the Avengers Motorcycle Club, was approached by a deputy at his campsite to investigate a fight. Webber had been drinking and smoking marijuana most of the day. The deputy ended up tasering him four times and handcuffed him face down. He stopped breathing shortly afterward.
