After Dove got pulled over for not wearing his seat belt, the trooper discovered the silver Mazda 929 he was driving was stolen, and he had a suspended license in Virginia. Some kind of struggle ensued, the trooper ended up shooting him multiple times, and he was declared dead on arrival at a local hospital.
