Deadly force

Air Force veteran Lewandowski had an obvious psychological meltdown at a convenience store. Unarmed, nude, ranting and praying in the middle of the street, he was dead shortly after deputies arrived, although nobody was sure whether the cause was being tasered three times, being shot, or because he'd put his hand through a neighbor's window and severed an artery. The second fatal encounter for county deputies in a 10-day period.
