On 01/08/04, Hempstead PD OfficerS. Hardin #108 was dispatched to a domestic violence call at the Willowchase Apartments, Apartment #103 in Hempstead Waller County Texas. Officer S. Hardin was assisted by Waller Co. SO Deputy G. Brown. Upon arrival, both officers were confronted by the suspect.
