A man was swinging a large, pointed stick at passing motorists. When officer Lonnie Morris arrived, the man threw a piece of PVC pipe at him, then came at the officer with the stick. Morris fired a Taser, but the man hit Morris' left hand with the stick. Morris shot and killed him.
