Police Department tried to stop Larry Allen Garcia, who they said was driving a stolen 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue, but he fled east at high speeds. State troopers took over the chase when Garcia crossed into Onondaga. Garcia crashed into trees and the car burst into flames. Garcia died of his injuries.
