Denise M. Ivison was killed when a truck driven by KBI special agent Shawn M. Campiti, 31, crossed the center lane and struck her car. Campiti and agent Stephen R. Rosebrough, 37, were driving to federal court in Kansas City during a rainstorm when they crashed into Ivison's other. Ivison was declared dead at the scene. Campiti was hospitalized in critical condition. Rosebrough was treated and released. Campiti was charged with misdemeanor vehicular homicide.
