Less-than-lethal force

After smoking a joint that may have been laced with a hallucinogen, Diaz stripped off his clothes and began running through the streets screaming. His brother and police tracked him down and sought to restrain him for his own safety. Pepper spray had no effect. He pulled the darts off from the first Taser attempt but began having a medical reaction to the second tasering, dying shortly afterward.
