Deadly force
Boney's mother called tribal police to complain that her husband was drunk and uncontrollable. At the residence police found Boney Sr. and his son in a pickup outside. Both were aggressive and uncooperative. Police tasered the father; the son threatened to turn a pit bull loose, and he was fatally shot twice. He'd been unarmed.
