Gaynett Harshaw died when the stolen car she was driving swerved to avoid road spikes, set down by Reynoldsburg police on Brice Road, and hurtled into the parking lot of the Tuffy Auto Services Center. Harry Strider, an auto mechanic who had gone outside to check the commotion, suffered fatal injuries when Harshaw's car pinned him against a wall.
