A 15-year-old Connecticut girl driving a car she stole from her mother killed her friend, Jessica Martinez, when they crashed into a utility pole after a police chase in Jackson, police said. The driver was charged with a juvenile complaint alleging vehicular homicide, eluding and unlawful taking of a means of conveyance.
