Lucas Gabrielson was a passenger who was killed in a crash during a high-speed police chase. Trooper Jim Irwin pursued a pickup truck driven by Michael Blair, 16, for several miles after reportedly clocking it at 96 mph. Blair and four other boys were injured in the crash. Blair pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to 13.5 months in prison.
