Deadly force
Police acting on a tip went to the Comfort Inn to arrest Devon Allah, who was wanted by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for an alleged weapons violation. According to police, the officers knocked on the door to Allah's room shortly after midnight and were met by gunfire. Three officers opened fire. Allah was pronounced dead at the scene.
