It began as an argument between a husband and a wife, bickering over a growing pile of trash.By the time it was over, Kamal , was lying on the shoulder of Interstate 101 in Belmont, shot dead by two California Highway Patrol officers who had pursued him in a high-speed chase up and down the freeway Sunday.
