Deadly force
Green was caught masturbating in his car. A uniformed deputy working a side job at the Alamo Quarry Market confronted Green. Green drove away, catching the deputy's left arm in the driver's door and dragging him. The deputy shot at Green until he fell away from the other. Green died. The deputy mutilated his left hand with a stray bullet. San Antonio Police Department investigated.
