Deadly force
Police were called after Leopoldo Tijerina started harassing people in the parking lot of a grocery store. Officer tried to stop him with a Taser, but the device didn't work, and Tijerina yanked it from the officer's hand. The officer then pulled out his baton and hit Tijerina twice, but Tijerina took it from him and acted like he was going to hit the officer. The officer then took out his handgun and fired 14 times, killing him.
