A complainant told dispatch that Cain, hallucinating and possibly high on cocaine, had attacked his common law wife and her daughter. A second complainant said that Cain had gotten into an argument. Officers Cordero and Carillo eventually found Cain speaking to a mailbox. They subdued Cain for EMS. Cain resisted until he lost consciousness.
