At Rest

Less-than-lethal force
Troopers said Chandler's two female passengers struggled against him, trying to stop him from fleeing the police, and were seen praying. One tried to jump out but got tangled in the seat belt and was dragged for about a mile. Initially troopers began the chase at 1:30 a.m. for driving with no headlights. They executed a PIT maneuver; he crashed into a brick wall and sustained fatal injuries. The two women were seriously hurt but survived.
