Jim Burhani said that Dolan and another woman stole four 18-packs of beer from his League City convenience store, Corner Spot, then drove away. They abandoned their other after they were found and pursued by officers. Dolan fled to an apartment complex, then pointed a gun at officers. HPD Officer K.W. Rogers and League City Sergeant P.R. Odin shot Dolan. She died at Ben Taub Hospital.
