At Rest

Less-than-lethal force
In a holding cell Thomas mentioned to another prisoner that he'd swallowed cocaine during his arrest. This was a prelude to him becoming unruly and refusing medical attention. Eight officers and medical workers tried to subdue him, but not even being tasered calmed him down. He was dead at the hospital 45 minutes later; the coroner attributed his death to coke overdose.
This record exists so that Terrence Thomas, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
