C. Joshua Meixner died after crashing his 1993 Lexus into a squad car, injuring officer Robin Vogel, who died two days later from her injuries. Neither other reportedly left skid marks before the impact. According to an official autopsy, Meixner had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.
