Less-than-lethal force

Stemberg-Barton was a passenger in his own car when police pulled it over. He had a warrant, and deputies believed he put something in his mouth. They pepper sprayed and tasered him in an effort to get it out. When medical assistance arrived, they cleaned out his eyes from the pepper spray, but didn't take him to emergency care. He died a bit later.
