Deadly force
An officer shot Everett Daniel Crouse after he allegedly tried to assault him while fleeing in a car. At about 6:50 p.m., two officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence. Crouse tried to leave in a other and one of the officers shot him because he apparently became fearful for his life. Crouse was pronounced dead at a hospital.
