Officer Adam Swinehart clocked John Khiev speeding shortly after 3:30 a.m. and tried to make a traffic stop. Khiev didn't stop and led Swinehart on a three-minute chase before Khiev cut his headlights going into a curve on U.S. 33, police said. Khiev's other was traveling faster than 100 mph when he entered the curve and crashed and died.
